Delivery Policy

Once you have made a valid online purchase of product from the website and upon receipt of the payment in relation to product price, the website will thereafter transmit a confirmation email to your registered email address informing you of the scheduled date of delivery of your product.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible (assuming all stock is available and the payment has authorised). This will usually happen by the next working day after you placed the order however during peak periods we may take up to 2-4 working days to ship. Our products are couriered via DTDC Courier services

We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for anything which might affect deliveries to your area (such as extreme weather, or disruption to courier services or airlines, for example). Sorry but we can’t accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays which are outside our control.

Gift cards, if any, will always be shipped separately from other items

If part of your order isn’t in stock, we’ll ship what we can straight away (except for items belonging to a matching set, when we’ll hold back all the matching items, still reserved for you, until we can send the complete set together)
